Ceylon Green Tea:
Green tea is the most diverse species in terms of color, shape, aroma, leaf and quality. In the case of Ceylon varieties, the leaves are quite large and valuable, thanks to which the brew has a unique taste. Green tea goes through a different production process than black tea. It is dried immediately after picking. The lack of fermentation means that almost all the most valuable health values ​​are preserved.

Green teas from Sri Lanka due to the high amount of moisture and many sunny days are characterized by a very intense taste. A smoky note and a deep, bright color are their hallmarks.

A method of preparing:
Pour 1 teaspoon of tea into a cup and pour fresh boiling water (85°C).
Brew 1-3 minutes.

Useful tips:
Too long brewing causes the brew to be sour.
Always boil fresh water in the kettle, do not brew tea with boiled water.
Tea leaves need room to expand, use the right size infusers or filters so that the leaves are not compressed during the brewing process.
