The transport times given are estimates based on completed orders.

The date of receipt of the package = date of delivery (on our side) + delivery time (courier or by a company operating parcel lockers).

If you pay for your order with a standard bank transfer, the order fulfillment time begins when the payment is credited to our account, which usually means shipping 24 hours later than in the case of cash on delivery or using online electronic payments.

Personal pickup is possible. We will inform you about the readiness of the order by e-mail and SMS.

Order processing time

We ship orders within 5 business days, usually within 24 hours .

We count the time from the moment of posting the payment.

Order and shipment status

When the package is prepared, on the order card you will find the shipment number with a link to track it. You will also receive shipment notifications from the selected carrier.
